Manual install (ZXP)

Use these steps only if Creative Cloud install doesn’t work.

    Download the ZXP Installer

    Install ZXP Installer for your operating system.

    Get ZXP Installer

    If that link doesn’t work, use: https://zxpinstaller.com

    Download Caption X (ZXP file)

    WindowsDownload (Windows)MacDownload (Mac)

    Close Adobe Premiere Pro

    Make sure Premiere Pro is closed before installing.

    Install the ZXP file

    Open ZXP Installer, then FileOpen and select the CaptionX.zxp you downloaded.

  5. 5

    Done! 🎉

    Open Premiere Pro and run CaptionX from Window Extensions CaptionX.
