These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of CaptionX's Website, operated by Tether Technologies Pty Ltd, located at https://caption-x.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use CaptionX if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Subscriptions, Billing and Refunds

Caption X offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops all future payments, and your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we ask you to report a problem first so that we have the chance to fix it, and if we cannot resolve it within 14 days of your payment, we will refund that payment in full.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other consumer law that applies to you.

Disclaimer of Any Warranty

WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT CAPTIONX'S WEBSITE OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY TETHER TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD ARE FREE OF INACCURACIES, ERRORS, BUGS, OR INTERRUPTIONS, OR ARE RELIABLE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR OTHERWISE VALID.

CAPTIONX AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY TETHER TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND, AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, TITLE, AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

YOUR USE OF CAPTIONX AND ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY TETHER TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA.

Limitation of Liability

IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING, INCLUDING WHERE YOU USE OUR FREE TIER, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE.
